Products subject to the "Ulanka Mondays" promotion will always have a 20% discount. If there are products that have a greater discount, this discount is respected.

Exchanges can be made, but no returns.

Shipments may take longer than usual, up to 10 business days.

Shipping:
In the “Ulanka Mondays” promotion, shipping costs are fixed:
· Shipping to stores: €2.95
· Home delivery: €3.95
· Shipments to the Post Office: €2.95

Changes:

One Wednesday a month (to be determined) we offer the 'Men&shoes' promotion in which we apply a specific discount (to be determined) on the men's collection.

Conditions:
Promotion duration: from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on Wednesday.
Exchanges can be made, but no returns.

This year, at Ulanka, we've prepared a great Black Friday promotion that will kick off with exclusive early access . Shipping and return conditions.

Due to the high volume of orders during the promotion, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. We ask for your patience and understanding if you experience any delays in the delivery of your order.
Regarding returns, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. Remember that products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached for the return to be processed.
