Shipping time and cost

Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days, in promotions it may take longer than usual:

1. Pickup in store: Free!

2. Home delivery:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Free from €45! If it is less, €3.95.
- Canary Islands: €3.95

3. Shipments to a Post Office: €2.95.

PORTUGAL:
Home delivery costs: €3.95.

REST OF EUROPE:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and Poland: €9.95.

Multiple orders (two or more items)

Orders for two or more items may include multiple deliveries, so you will receive the items on different dates as we serve different warehouses.

Tracking order

You can track your order in 3 ways:

1. Email from ulanka:
When the order is ready to leave our warehouses, we send you an email so you can track it.

2. Transport Company Email:
When the order is ready to be sent by the transport agency (Correos Express or Zeleris), it sends you an email so you can track it from its website.

Can the country where I want to deliver the order be different from the country of origin of the purchase?

No. The country of origin of the purchase must always be the same as the country of shipment of the purchase.
For example, if you are in England and want to ship to Spain, you must indicate that you are in Spain, otherwise it will not let you buy.

I have not received all the items of my purchase

Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to said item and the shipping costs of your order in the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you have not received an email, contact Customer Service and we will give you a response as soon as possible.
